7 song suggestions for SPD’s lip-sync performance

Police departments across the country have been making lip-syncing videos and challenging others to do so. Now it’s the Seattle Police Department’s chance under the spotlight. The Norfolk Police Department in Virginia recently challenged them at the end of their viral version of Bruno Mars’ “Uptown Funk.”

The Seattle Police Department has accepted the challenge. Since then, a flood of song suggestions have come from Seattle (including from MyNorthwest’s Dyer Oxley). Here are a few inspired choices taken from social media and MyNorthwest.

There have been many suggestions for the police department to include Seattle’s drag queen community in the lip sync performance. This song was among those recommendations.
