If you found yourself stuck in an endless loop while trying to “Shop all deals” for Prime Day on Amazon at noon today, you aren’t alone.

The landing page for Prime Day was not working properly when the highly-anticipated online shopping event began. Shoppers were sent to error pages or redirected back to the main page.

TechCrunch reports direct links to product pages may be working. However, users are also reporting errors when trying to complete a purchase. TechCrunch recommends that shoppers use the web address smile.amazon.com which should get around the glitch.

CNCB reports Amazon shares began to dip Monday afternoon, after gaining more than 1.5 percent.
