2 men stabbed in Seattle overnight

Seattle police say two people were stabbed late Friday and into early Saturday morning. One suspect is still at large.

In the Delridge neighborhood of West Seattle, police say officers arrived to the 1600 block of SW Cambridge Street around 9:45 pm Friday after reports of a stabbing. Officers found a 34-year-old man unresponsive. Seattle Fire attempted life-saving measures to resuscitate the man, but they were unsuccessful.
A K-9 team attempted to search for a suspect with the help of King County’s Guardian One helicopter, but no suspect was located. No suspect description was given.

About five hours later, police responded to reports of a stabbing at 12th Avenue South and South Jackson Street in Seattle’s International District. Seattle Fire treated a 37-year-old man at the scene and transported him to Harborview Medical Center for non life-threatening injuries.
Witnesses provided a suspect description, and police set up a perimeter while a K-9 team conducted a search. Officers arrested a 51-year-old man a few blocks away. He was booked into the King County Jail for investigation of assault and an outstanding warrant.
