I have a confession to make. I'm envious of the guy I host the show with.
He's a fitness nut. Has been for at least the last 25 years. Don always seems to be in the gym, or on a spin bike or climbing Rainier.
Me - not so much. I'd rather be curled up on the couch watching the Dexter/Homeland rock block or sitting at a Poker tourney waiting for Pocket Rockets.
So needless to say, the one NOT named Don tends to pack on the pounds much more.
A few years ago I dropped almost 40 pounds, and then got lazy and gained 20 lbs. back.
So I recently went to a weight loss specialist (full disclosure: they might become an advertiser on the show in the near future).
I'm trying their program, and in the last 6 weeks, I'm down 16 pounds.
It's been pretty straight forward for me. No wheat, No dairy, No sugar (almost no sugar - I've got a sweet tooth).
But the one thing that seems to freak everyone out around the office every day at 3:30 is my Spinach Protein Smoothie.
I know, sounds delicious.
Watch this video of what I'm eating most days. I'm about 4 pounds from my goal, so I'm hoping to have a new video in a week or two of me back down to 220.
