I’m only in my early 40’s, and I’m already falling apart.
Evidently, my recent weight loss has triggered my back to fail.

If you’d like to know what it feels like to have pinched nerve in your lower back, try this: Take an ice pick, heat it up to about 1000 degrees, and then jam it in your back for about 30 seconds.

I’ve been having that for about 2 months, and I finally decided to go to the Chiropractor.

While I’m getting treatments for the first week or so, he told me to go get a back brace at the hardware store.

It kinda looks like a girdle, and I had to ask Don to put it on for me to make sure it’s tight enough.

So I guess I’ve this kind of stuff to look forward to for the rest of my life, which is nice.
