Tony Miner checked in with CBS Moneywatch Reporter Jill Schlesinger to see what she thinks about Zuckerberg's plan.
"If the stock is going to have a long-lasting and wonderful future ahead of it, the way that you can buy it as a small investor is to just buy a Nasdaq tech index fund," says Schlesinger.
