As you may remember, Don is not a fan of seasonal menus ... he wants what he knows is good and wants to able to order it every time. But one chef, Jason McClure of Sazerac wanted to prove to Don that a seasonal pork dish in the summer can be perfect for him.
Rachel talked to Jason as he prepared the dish and as it turned out Don was definitely a fan.
That being said, when the season drifts from summer to fall, Jason may have to come back for another visit and bring with him another season dish.
