Seattle makes best trick or treat city list

We might have a little rain to contend with, but the Seattle area is still one of the best places in the country to head out for a little trick or treating.

It's not just the size of the house that matters. The online real estate service "Zillow" also looked at the population density, walkability, and local crime rate of metro areas across the country.

Zillow found the Seattle area is fourth only behind San Francisco, Boston, and Honolulu when it comes to getting a good haul of candy without having to put out too much effort.

The best neighborhoods (in order) for hitting up houses are:

1. Loyal Heights
2. Phinney Ridge
3. Wallingford
4. Madison Park
5. Roosevelt
