Halloween masks show front-runner for president

There is a clear front-runner in the presidential race, according to one seasonal tradition.

CNN Money reports retailer Spirit Halloween says President Obama masks are outselling Mitt Romney's 60 percent to 40 percent.

The Halloween store has correctly predicted the outcome of every presidential election since 1996 based on study of the sale of masks.

There are also a few other Halloween costumes inspired by the presidential race that are proving hot sellers.

Big Bird costumes have reportedly been flying off the shelves, as have components for "binders full of women" costumes.

    Assuming Obama masks are outselling Romney masks 6 to 4, is that because a greater number of people support Obama? It might be that more people find Obama more scary than Romney. It would be nice to know what conclusion the mask vendor draws from the sales, as well as the fact that more Obama masks are selling.

    uh, SEE, well, the story is about which mask of THE PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATES, Obama or Mittens sells the most. I doubt that the fictional Batman would be included. But, thank's for being you today, now get out there and enjoy the Funshine.
