Police pull 21 items from rape suspect Danford Grant's car
on November 30, 2012 @ 8:25 am (Updated: 10:03 am - 11/30/12 )Seattle Police pulled 21 items out of serial rape suspect Danford Grant's car, but they didn't find all that they were looking for.
Detectives were looking for the black-handled folding silver knife that several of the rape victims say the prominent Seattle lawyer allegedly used during the attacks.
KIRO TV reports the knife was not found in a search of Grant's black Honda Pilot.
Authorities were also reportedly looking for any surveillance equipment or ways that Grant might have tracked or searched for potential victims.
Detectives did find an iPhone, an iPad, a video camera and other electronics. They also recovered a BB gun and a plastic bag full of undisclosed contents.
