Comedian Katt Williams arrested for assault in Seattle

Comedian Micah "Katt" Williams' troubles with the law have spilled into Seattle.

TMZ darling Katt Williams who recently ran from the police in Sacramento and was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon in Los Angeles was arrested in Seattle on Sunday, after a busy weekend.

Seattle police say 41-year-old Williams was arrested Sunday after he got into an argument with patrons at the World Sports Grille near 9th Avenue N. and Westlake.

Police say Williams exchanged words with patrons, and threatened the manager with a pool cue. Police also report he flicked a lit cigarette through a car window and then threw a rock at the car.

Williams was arrested on suspicion of assault, harassment and obstruction. Officers say he was so belligerent when he was arrested outside the sports bar he had to be taken to the ground.

The arresting officer says Williams threatened that he would have the officer's badge, and that he would sue the city. He claimed he had 30 recent arrests and was released every time. He also said he has millions of dollars, so this arrest wouldn't affect him at all.

In fact, Williams was bailed out of jail Monday morning. According to TMZ, Suge Knight, Williams' tour manager, foot the bill.

This all came after he canceled his Thursday show at Seattle's Paramount, and then mixed it up with fans at his Friday show. Fans at the Friday show say they were simply trying to get a picture with Williams. He claims they burst into his dressing room.

Williams is best known for his role in the film "Friday After Next" and for video comedy skits and TV appearances.

    He's into the powders. Up the nose or in a pipe.. Any addict counselor could dial this guys problems in without much research. I predict he'll be everyone's dead pool in 2013..if he makes it that far.

    where do I begin??? Seattle IS in Washington and maybe if Katt decided not to assault people, he wouldn't be having these troubles and people wouldn't be 'hating on' him. And just so you know, saying 'becuz' and 'da' only makes you look stupid and takes away from your argument. By the way, I like my rainy weather just fine. I wouldn't live anywhere else.

    No matter how rich you are, you still can't get away from your own shortcomings...hahah...get it?...shortcomings? I crack myself up. Seriously, though, the man has a bad Napoleon complex, and that's coming from a huge fan of his. I hope he corrals his law troubles soon and gets back to doing what he does best.

    There seems to be a disproportionate number of black males that just don't make it past 9 years old, emotionally, but reside in the body of a man. Katt Williams, Jamie Foxx, Jesse Jackson, and Barack Obama, to name a few, all exhibit this "man-child" phenom. I wonder, is there a place we could send them?

    How the heck can you possibly compare the likes of Katt Williams and Jamie Foxx with people like Jesse Jackson and Barack Obama? You're comparing apples and oranges, here. While Williams and Foxx are entertainers who have shown signs of erratic behavior that would lead one to conclude that they have some maturity issues, Jesse Jackson and Barack Obama upstanding members of society who have never shown that level of immaturity. To lump all four of them together is asinine, not to mention incredibly racist. Far better examples for your analogy would be Charlie Sheen, Mike Tyson, and Steve-O. Don't lump Obama and Jackson in with these people, and don't make stupid racist assumptions, when the man-child complex is color-blind.
