Redmond homeowner pepper sprayed in break in

A homeowner was pepper sprayed when two masked men invaded a Redmond home early Monday morning.

KING 5 reports the break in occurred just after midnight in the 9000 block of 200th Ave. NE.

There are no reports yet on what was taken.

The resident sprayed was treated at the home.

    This kind of stuff would not happen, if it were not for pepper spray. We would have just saved this invasion. No No its not the operators of the spray at all. You just have to know, that stuff is the cause.

    would have never occurred if pepper spray was banned from sale. those home invasion criminals would have never had the inclination to do this and would have continued to be role model citizens if pepper spray wasn't so easily accessible. i hate all these pro pepper spray people claiming that somehow more pepper spray reduces pepper spray violence. how does that even make sense, since this man would have never been peppered if we had more restrictions. we should charge the manufacturers of the spray, not the 2 guys, the manufacturers are the TRUE criminals here.

    I would make the case that if certain people found out that you just purchased an "Assault Rifle" then you are a target for this type of robbery.

    "Two masked men shot to death during a home invasion robbery" but the homeowner was probably not a gun owner. Oh well. 2 more bad guys live to burgle and assault another day.
