After four recent attacks on women in North Seattle, police are assigning extra officers and have released a sketch based on a description from a woman from one of the attacks.

Seattle police report three of the women identify their attacker as a white male, 20 to 30 years old, between 5’7 and 6’0, 140 to 160 pounds, with short brown hair.

The victim in a Northgate sexual assault attack said the man had sunken blue eyes and a tattoo under his left forearm. Her description was used to develop the sketch.

Police say they have not uncovered any information to conclusively link the attacks, but they are investigating a connection.

All four attacks have been in the North Seattle area near the I-5 corridor.

Police are canvassing the area searching for surveillance images of the suspect and looking for other potential witnesses to the attacks.

The police have provided tips meant to help people protect themselves from attacks, offering personal safety reminders.

Anyone with information about any of the cases is asked to call 911.
