Chipotle employee injured in hot sauce attackon October 17, 2013 @ 9:20 am (Updated: 9:44 am - 10/17/13 )
Witnesses tell Seattle police that the suspect hit the Chipotle worker with the hot sauce bottle after the worker wished him a good evening.
The suspect then left the restaurant location at at the location at 3 Ave and Pike St. Chipotle location. A witness followed the suspect while on the phone with 911.
Officers were able to locate the suspect, who was found covered in hot sauce, in the 1500 block of 2nd Ave.
The 35-year-old suspect was arrested and booked into King County Jail for investigation of assault.
The 25-year-old victim suffered lacerations to the face and was transported to the hospital for stitches.
