Driver allegedly rams stolen truck at cops in Tukwila to West Seattle car chase

Tukwila Police responded to reports of a stolen vehicle near Southcenter Wednesday night. When they found the truck, the driver took off.
Officers followed the fleeing vehicle north on Interstate 5, and then on to the West Seattle Bridge. The truck then lost control and crashed on the bridge.
When police vehicles arrived, the driver aimed the stolen truck at one of them and rammed it. The suspects – a young male and female – then attempted to escape on foot, but were quickly apprehended and taken into custody.
A Tukwila police officer involved in the collision was taken to Harborview and treated for minor injuries.
