An argument over the positioning of parked cars in White Center might have led to a stabbing that put a man in the hospital early Friday morning.

Police say the incident happened in the 10800 block of 1st Ave. SW.

“We were contacted by a neighbor who had this bloody victim show up at her doorstep asking for help,” said King County Sheriff’s Sgt. D.B. Gates.

“It sounds like there was some kind of argument, maybe, over where the vehicles were supposed to be parked at the residence,” added Gates.

The wounded man and his attacker might be acquaintances, or roommates, according to Gates.

When deputies arrived, the attacker was gone. It’s believed that he drove off in a 1996 blue Ford Probe with a red bumper. The sheriff’s office said he has multiple felony and misdemeanor warrants for his arrest, according to KIRO TV.

The victim is reportedly in serious condition at Harborview Medical Center.
