A childhood home of legendary rocker Kurt Cobain is back up for sale.
Redfin reports the home, located at 1210 E 1st St in Aberdeen, could be all yours for $400,000. That’s a $100,000 price drop from its previous listing in Sept. 2013.

Cobain lived in the 4-bedroom, 1 bathroom house from the time he was 2 years old until his parents separated when he was nine, according to Redfin. He then returned to the house on First Street to live with his mom from ages 16 to 20.
Redfin reports Cobain’s old bedroom, possibly a converted attic, still has the holes from where he punched the walls and the Iron Maiden and Led Zeppelin logos that he stenciled.
In 2013, the home was assessed at $67,000 and Redfin said the median list price in Aberdeen is $100,000.
Two years ago, Cobain’s family said it would welcome a partnership to turn the home into a museum.
