The mother of missing 2-year-old Sky Metalwala still refuses to take a lie detector test.

While it may look fishy to some searching for the missing child, Seattle legal expert Anne Bremner says she would not advise a polygraph for her clients in this situation.

"I think we all have to remember, that they're really just a tool that can help law enforcement," Bremner says. "But they're not dispostive in any way, and they're kind of dangerous to take because of the unreliability factor and human reactions that might influence the test - including fear."
