A private Wi-Fi network with a controversial name has some Wedgewood residents questioning free speech rights.

Chris Lahoda, owner of The Grateful Bread Bakery in Seattle's Wedgewood neighborhood says a local resident nearby has a private wireless network called "Cop Killer Death to Obama" which is bothering some customers.

"When I first filed the police report they said there's not really much we can do cause it's freedom of speech, but apparently that is where it crosses the line," Lahoda told King-TV over the weekend.

The Secret Service investigates all possible threats to the president and is looking into the matter.

The owner of the controversial network has not yet been identified.
