Owners to be reunited with puppies found on I-5 in Lakewood

Two little puppies found abandoned on I-5 in Lakewood Thursday are going home.

The State Patrol has been trying to find their owners since the dogs were found by DOT workers near Bridgeport Way.

The owners have come forward and Trooper Guy Gill says the puppies are in good health and ready to go home.

It's still not clear how the dogs got there in the first place.

    Probation
Their owners should have to take parenting classes, do community service at the humane society, be on probation for two years. Stupid humans.
