The first shooting took place around 1:00 a.m. According to police reports, a black car that looked like an Acura Integra passed a house in the 4600 block of South Frontenac street and fired into the house and surrounding cars.
Police found over 20 bullet casings on the street in front of the house. Reports say the house has been shot at several times before.
At 3:00 a.m. two more houses were hit, one on South Columbian Drive and the other on South Holden Street. In total, over thirty rounds were fired from several different rifles and handguns.
The Seattle Police Department's Gang Unit is investigating all three of these shootings.
The last shooting, which occurred at about 3:1 0a.m., took place in the 4200 block of South Henderson Street. A female resident of the house was standing at her bedroom window when six shots were fired in her direction.
The victim said that she did not know who the shooter was, but from the position of shell casings police determined the assailant must have gone south on Martin Luther King Jr. Way.
No one was injured at any of the shootings.
