The Tacoma News Tribune reports the 26-year-old man was taken to Tacoma General Hospital with life threatening injuries.
Police arrested the 32-year-old suspect in the parking lot at 900 block of Ninth Street Southeast when he returned to the scene about an hour after the shooting.
