Mike O’Brien not running for reelection

Time to celebrate

I will pour a cocktail on Wednesday to celebrate. It’s a little progress that may go a long way — as long as Sawant’s Marxism people don’t fill the spot and make it worse. Go ride your bike, O’Brien, and don’t forget your helmet!

Let’s vote for someone responsible next time

Yes, we need sane politicians. But first and foremost, we need sane voters. After all, they are the ones electing these inept people. Keep on educating the voters. Thank you from a former Seattle resident who moved to the safety of Everett.

Not the last we’ve seen of O’Brien

Somebody from Sound Transit will appoint him to a high-paying job to do nothing but rob us some more. This isn’t the end of that scum; he will be back in a different role.

Edmonds Diversity Commission regulates free speech

Edmonds Diversity Commission not inclusive of everyone

Hey Dori, I’m sure if you asked that Edmonds Diversity Commission whether Christian, heterosexual, able white males were welcome in Edmonds — perhaps setting aside a day in honor of them to show how inclusive they are — I’m sure you’d just get an incredulous stare from them. Why? Because just as the Nazis needed a group to blame everything on with the Jews, today’s Progressives are doing the same thing to white males.

Crimes committed by illegal immigrants are nothing compared to citizens’ crimes

You continue to whistle past the graveyard when you talk about the non-existent illegal alien crime wave on the first anniversary of the Parkland school shooting. Shame on you. What are the FBI statistics for illegal aliens committing felonies and misdemeanors? I am willing to bet the numbers are insignificant and negligible compared to crimes committed by everyday citizens.

Your comments about illegal immigrants contributing to the crime wave in this country are irresponsible, wrong, xenophobic, fanning the flames of sky-is-falling hysteria. Again, the number of crimes being committed by illegal immigrants pales compared to Paddock, Sandy Hook, Thousand Oaks, Tree of Life in Pittsburgh, the South Carolina church shooting, the church shooting in rural Texas, Columbine, the Aurora movie theater shooting, and on and on.

Don’t insult the other side

Dori, I don’t agree with you politically at all. However I have been a longtime listener because I think it’s good for me to hear the opinion of the other side. You have lost a listener today. You said on your show that liberals are fundamentally cowards. I listened to your show to hear the perspective of the other side, not to be personally insulted.

High-speed rail gets derailed in CA

It’s all about corruption

Dori, now we see why Jay Inslee wants the high-speed rail. Obama signed a bill that would give billions to states that started high-speed rail. California has touted Sacramento to San Diego to get $3.5 billion. Now the new governor has canceled most of it and refuses to return the money to the U.S. taxpayers. Why? Because it’s gone. Inslee is another crook playing the same scam.

Do more segments with LA radio host John Kobylt

Awesome — this guy is your intellectual twin!

– Shaun in Tacoma

Thoroughly enjoyed you and John Kobylt. You two should consider a half hour once a week on each other’s shows conversing about the plight of each other’s region and how we aren’t that different, other than the mileage. He’s the Monson of the south. Cheers!
