Pictured is an attic known as "Capucha," or hood in English, a place where detainees were hooded and believed to be tortured at the the former Argentine Navy School of Mechanics, during the country's 1976-1983 military dictatorship, in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2012. The third trial for those accused of human rights abuses believed to have been committed inside the school begins Wednesday. Human rights groups say that more than 5,000 political prisoners passed through its torture chambers and fewer than half survived. The former school is now a museum honoring the victims, (AP Photo/Natacha Pisarenko)
