Snohomish County Jail deaths getting national scrutiny

A stay in jail is not supposed to be fun, but you certainly don't expect to die while serving less than a year for your crime, but Snohomish County has had eight jail deaths in the last three years, and it's concerning enough to the county that an independent review of the facility is about to begin.
