There’s plenty to like about the new Pope. But you have to love the way he reacted to the cutest little boy who stole the show when he got on stage with the Pontiff at the Vatican.

As Pope Francis addressed the huge crowds in St. Peter’s Square, the child first stood next to the Pope, then grabbed his leg and wouldn’t let go despite efforts by aides to get him off the stage.

The Pontiff simply patted him on the head and carried on with his speech.

The youngster waved at the crowd, led one girl up to receive a gift and then plopped himself down in the Pope’s chair. All the while Pope Francis just smiled and kept going. Pretty cool.
