FBI offers $10K reward in search for dangerous fugitive

The FBI has offered a reward for information leading to the arrest of Kevin Anthony Briggs, a dangerous fugitive who escaped from custody in Montana earlier this month.

Kevin Anthony Briggs, 28, is a convicted felon and registered sex offender who is wanted on state charges in Montana for aggravated assault, attempted sexual intercourse without consent, assault on a peace officer, and escape. The FBI has offered a reward for up to $10,000 for information leading to his arrest. Briggs purchased a one-way ticket from Missoula, Mont., to Spokane, Wash., on Feb 1 and may be staying at homeless shelters in Washington state, Oregon, California, and/or Mexico.
