I-5 lanes reopen after deadly crash in Georgetown

A deadly crash between a wrong way driver and an ambulance on northbound I-5 near Albro blocked all lanes for hours Wednesday morning.

Check the traffic map

All lanes reopened around 6:30 a.m.

The crash occurred near Georgetown. A woman, who was driving a Ford Expedition, collided with the ambulance around 2 a.m.

Three people, including a patient, were in the ambulance during the crash, but they are OK.
