The Skagit Valley Tulip Festival kicks off April 1st and goes through the end of the month. Every year, hundreds of thousands of flower feigns descend upon the Skagit Valley to check out the neat rows of beautiful blooms. This story focuses on the Roozen family, the largest tulip and daffodil grower in North America.
