Windows of an American Apparel retail store are broken after protesters attacked it and several other downtown businesses during violent protests on May 1, 2012. Reports of several broken windows and a small fire came in the wake of a group that made its way from Seattle Central Community College on Capitol Hill to Westlake Park. Police have deployed pepper spray and made at least one arrest.
