5 ‘Twin Peaks’ locations David Lynch is likely to revisit

In "Twin Peaks," the Salish Lodge & Spa overlooking Snoqualmie Falls stands in for exterior shots of the Great Northern Hotel. It's an image that's iconic to the region and the series - it may be the place most likely to be revisited. The cafe has changed owners, names, and even went through a fire that changed much of the inside of the restaurant since the "Twin Peaks" pilot in 1989. But Double R Diner (Twedes) is still one of the most visited of the show's locations, and you can eat there at 137 West North Bend Way. Leland and Sarah Palmer are set to appear in the first episode of the 2016 series, which means their house might, too.

That might depend on the new owners. The house, located in Monroe, sold for $500,000 in September 2014. Mt. Si High School in Snoqualmie was used as the high school in the "Twin Peaks" pilot and as the school exterior during the series. "Twin Peaks'" The Roadhouse is actually the Fall City Roadhouse and Inn - still in business and a possible setting for the next chapter of David Lynch's cult series.

We learned this fall that “Twin Peaks” was returning to television. We found out this week that the show, which was filmed in and around North Bend, would be returning to Washington, too.

Some of the locations have changed a lot since the original show, like the Double R Diner (now Twedes Cafe.) But other settings have, in many ways, stayed the same. These are the five places we think “Twin Peaks” creator David Lynch are most likely to revisit.
