Attorneys meet to discuss Jodi Arias case

PHOENIX (AP) - Attorneys in the Jodi Arias case head back to court to discuss future plans for a potential retrial of the penalty phase after jurors deadlocked on whether to sentence her to life in prison or death.

A status conference was set for Thursday morning.

Arias was convicted of murder on May 8 in the 2008 death of boyfriend Travis Alexander at his suburban Phoenix home. About two weeks later, the jury deadlocked on whether to sentence Arias to life in prison or death, leading to a mistrial of the penalty phase.

The judge has set a retrial date for July 18, but attorneys could work out a deal that spares taxpayers the expense of a new penalty phase and takes death off the table. Arias would then face life in prison.

    Triangles
Seems them "love" triangles never quite work out so good most times. One insane corner will collaspse the structure every time. This particular collaspe was extremely gruesome however. Be cautious whom you might flirt with.

    Wow.................
Quote: Alexander suffered nearly 30 knife wounds, was shot in the forehead and had his throat slit before Arias dragged his body into his shower. He was found by friends about five days later. End quote.

If this psycho bi tch doesn't go down for murder, they must have found the exact same jurors on the O.J. trial......in the state of Arizona.
