Kissinger discharged from NYC hospital after fall

NEW YORK (AP) - Former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger has been discharged from a New York City hospital.
The 89-year-old ex-diplomat was admitted to New York-Presbyterian Hospital on Tuesday for observation after a fall in his home. He was released the same day.
The hospital declined to release any other information.
Kissinger served under presidents Richard Nixon and Gerald Ford. He was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 1973 and the Presidential Medal of Freedom in 1977.
