Man struck and killed in south Seattle street

SEATTLE (AP) - Police say a man who was struck and killed Monday night on a south Seattle street had been darting in and out of traffic.

The 38-year-old man was struck about 10 p.m. and knocked into the path of a second car.

He suffered massive head injuries. Fire department medics declared him dead at the scene.

Both drivers were evaluated by police and showed no sign of impairment.
