Man stabs co-worker at Centralia slaughterhouse

CENTRALIA, Wash. (AP) - Lewis County deputies have detained a man suspected of stabbing a co-worker at a Centralia slaughterhouse.

The suspect had run away following the stabbing about 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Beef Shop.

The sheriff's office says the victim was taken to Providence Centralia Hospital in critical condition with a neck wound.

Detectives called interpreters to help question both the suspect and victim about what led to the stabbing.
