OLYMPIA, Wash. (AP) - One person has been killed and one injured in an early morning stabbing at an Olympia tavern.
KIRO-TV reports ( http://is.gd/pLS0pN) that responding officers found a suspect several blocks from the tavern, still holding a knife. Officers used a Taser to take the 34-year-old Olympia man into custody.
One stabbing victim died at McCoy's Tavern and the other was recovering at St. Peter Hospital. The Thurston County coroner has identified the man who died as 32-year-old Casey J. Heath of Olympia.
The stabbing took place early Tuesday morning.
