Armed robbers enter WA home, pepper spray man

REDMOND, Wash. (AP) - A King County sheriff's spokeswoman says a man and a woman awoke to find two armed men in the room where they were sleeping in a Redmond, Wash., home. One robber pepper-sprayed the man while the other held the couple at gunpoint.

Sgt. Cindi West says the two robbers took some undisclosed property early Monday morning and fled. A vehicle with a loud muffler was heard leaving the area.

West did not identify the victims. She says they are in their 50s.
