Spokane police say 2 found dead likely suicides

SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) - Police in Spokane say two people found dead in a residence on the city's South Hill apparently died in a double suicide.

Officers say they were alerted Friday by a roommate who returned home and found the man and woman dead in separate rooms.

Police say they observed no obvious signs of trauma on the bodies.

The two appeared to be in their 20s.
