LYNNWOOD, Wash. (AP) - A police spokeswoman in Lynnwood, Wash., says three Lynnwood boys believed to have been involved in a Feb. 6 assault on a Seattle soccer coach outside Meadowdale High School have been identified and are cooperating with investigators.
Spokeswoman Shannon Sessions said Wednesday that the city prosecutor's office is reviewing the case.
The 53-year-old private league soccer coach was outside the school with his teenage daughter, waiting for other team members, when three boys walked by and insulted the man and his daughter.
The spokeswoman said earlier that two of the three juveniles assaulted the man. He suffered bruises and abrasions but declined medical help.
