Spokane Valley trying to restrict adult bookstore

SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. (AP) - The city of Spokane Valley wants to impose stricter regulations on an adult bookstore.

Undercover detectives report lewd behavior by groups of men in second-floor rooms at the Hollywood Erotic Boutique where they watch sexually explicit movies.

The owner is fighting the move and says the city's adult entertainment regulations are vague and overly broad.

The Spokesman-Review reports ( http://bit.ly/12WtxxM) both sides are arguing their case Friday in Spokane County Superior Court.
