EVERETT, Wash. (AP) - A body has been found in Silver Lake where a fisherman was reported missing.
Everett Police say a resident living along the lake's shore called police on Friday to report seeing someone struggling in the water near a boat. Emergency personnel responded but only found a small fishing boat floating in the lake. The search was called off after dark.
On Saturday morning, searchers found the body of an adult male who appeared to be in his forties.
The body was transferred to the Snohomish County Medical Examiner's office, where the body will be identified.
