Melting snow likely to flood Okanogan RiverMay 6, 2013 @ 6:11 am
SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) - The National Weather Service says melting snow from warm weather this week is likely to cause the Okanogan River to flood near Tonasket.
The Weather Service says moderate flooding is possible Thursday or Friday when the river is expected to crest about two feet above flood stage.
