Pedestrian killed on I-5 at Mountlake Terrace

MOUNTLAKE TERRACE, Wash. (AP) - A man who got out of his car Friday morning on Interstate 5 at Mountlake Terrace was struck by a semi-truck and killed.

Troopers and emergency crews responded to the scene at 7:25 a.m.

Snohomish County Fire District 1 spokeswoman Leslie Hynes told KOMO ( http://bit.ly/13Qbo02) the man died at the scene.
