Woman killed in crash near Arlington

ARLINGTON, Wash. (AP) - The Washington State Patrol says 23-year-old Brittany Shaffer of Arlington was killed Wednesday evening in a collision on Highway 530 near Arlington.

The patrol says she had stopped to make a left turn into a private driveway when her car was rear-ended and pushed into the path of an oncoming tow truck.
