SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. (AP) - A woman walking her dog early Tuesday in Spokane Valley says she was stabbed in the arm by a man who came up behind her.
The woman called police just after midnight. She was treated at a hospital and released.
KHQ reports ( http://nbcnews.to/14gftfY) it appears to be a random stabbing. Police are looking for the attacker but do not have a description.
