Arrest in recent Hood River, Ore., bank robbery

HOOD RIVER, Ore. (AP) - Police in the Columbia River Gorge community of Hood River, Ore., say they've made an arrest in a recent bank robbery that led to a manhunt and lockdown of several schools.

KATU-TV reports ( http://is.gd/ZHUViH) that police served a search warrant Monday at a home and arrested a man identified as Timothy Bryan Glenn.

Last Thursday's manhunt followed the robbery of a U.S. Bank branch. Several schools and other buildings were briefly locked down.

Police said the robber showed tellers a gun and made off with an undisclosed amount of cash.
