Halloween forecast for Washington not too scaryOctober 31, 2013 @ 5:07 am
SEATTLE (AP) - Forecasters have a premonition that Thursday night should be all right for trick-or-treating in most of Washington.
In Western Washington, showers should end by early evening and clouds will keep temperatures in the 50s.
Eastern Washington should be mostly dry with evening temperatures mostly in the 40s.
In Pullman, where the Washington State Cougars have a Halloween football game against Arizona State, the National Weather Service forecasts partly cloudy skies with a low around 37.
The Weather Service foresees scarier weather on Saturday when a storm blows into the state with gusty winds and rain.
