WATERVILLE, Wash. (AP) - A 46-year-old man arrested in an East Wenatchee burglary case could be sentenced to prison for the rest of his life as a three-strikes offender.
Douglas County prosecutors filed notice they would prosecute Scott Allen Mitchell as a persistent offender.
Mitchell was convicted of child molestation in 1997 Grays Harbor County and robbery in 1985 in King County. He's also charged in Chelan County with unlawful delivery of heroin.
