Teen struck and killed in north Seattle

SEATTLE (AP) -- A 17-year-old girl walking across a street Monday morning was struck by a pickup truck and killed in Seattle, in the Northgate neighborhood.

Police say the driver did not appear to be impaired and was released while the investigation continues.
