Wounded Vancouver officer out of hospital

VANCOUVER, Wash. (AP) -- Vancouver police say wounded motorcycle Officer Dustin Goudschaal has been released from the hospital and is recovering at home.

Police said Thursday there's no additional information on the investigation into Monday's shooting.

Goudschall was wearing a ballistic vest when he was shot seven times after making a traffic stop.

A suspect is held for investigation of attempted murder.
